We conclude the lease agreement through the Rendin platform, which releases the tenant from the obligation to pay a security deposit. The service also includes protection in case of unexpected loss of income, for example due to redundancy or serious health issues.

The traditional security deposit is replaced by a small monthly fee amounting to 4% of the rent.
