    Both the apartment and the entire building have been stylishly and uniquely designed by an interior designer. The apartment’s character is enhanced by a partially exposed red brick wall. Since it's an attic apartment, the morning sun peeks through the skylight. The apartment is designed in a bright, youthful style. The room features a comfortable bed, a small table with two chairs, and a spacious dresser with drawers. The floor is covered with natural oak parquet.

    The kitchen area, with ample cabinet space, includes a small refrigerator, induction stove, hood, and dishwasher. There is also a DeLonghi coffee machine and a kettle, along with a sufficient selection of kitchenware. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.     The history of the Avangard building dates back to the early 20th century when it belonged to Baroness von Stenbock and housed the city’s elite. Nearly 100 years later, this architecturally valuable building was restored, and guest apartments of various sizes were created.

    Avangard is located on the lively Narva Road, in the heart of the city center, directly across from Tallinn University. Kadriorg Park, entertainment, and cultural venues are just a short walk away. Avangard also has excellent connections to both the airport and the port.

    For an additional fee (€70/month), it is possible to rent a parking space behind the building.

    Utility costs will be added to the rent (around €80 in summer, €150 in winter).

    The apartment is rented out via the CasaPay platform. CasaPay provides insurance coverage that helps cover possible damages to the apartment and pay rent if income unexpectedly decreases. The Casapay Premium fee is 2.4% of the monthly rent.
